SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

When will my order be shipped?

Orders take 1-3 business days (M-F) to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, orders may take up to 10 business days with standard shipping methods. Orders placed on Saturday after 1:00 PM (PST) will be processed the following week.

Expedited shipping methods do not include processing times. You will get a confirmation email with USPS tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

We may be able to accommodate expedited shipping requests depending on shipping volume. Feel free to reach out if you need a faster shipping time: info@25thandjune.com 

My item got returned to sender, what next?

We will do everything we can to figure out the error. Depending on the situation, you may need to pay for shipping again to have the item returned to you. Please reach out to us to request an invoice for the item to be re-shipped: info@25thandjune.com

What if I put the wrong address?

Please email us as soon as you notice and we will try our best to change it before shipping. Once it’s shipped, you may need to reorder if you’re unable to locate the package. For help reach out to: info@25thandjune.com. 

USPS lost or is taking longer than expected to deliver my package.

Once scanned in by USPS, we are unable to control the shipping process or access any other information than the tracking number in your confirmation email.

If your order gets lost or is taking longer than expected to come, please note that USPS is liable and a case must be taken up with them. We’d suggest filing a claim on their website for further information.

International shipping

We do not provide international shipping...yet ;)

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures of the damaged items and your order number. 

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure you love your purchase. Presently, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns. In certain cases, we may be able to provide a store credit.
